My family loves Mexican food I really don't care for it but the food here does have good taste I have to admit I have tried if quite a few different things from there and honestly this is one restaurant I don't mind going to with the family because they like it I give it 4 stars because the people that work there very nice and the food is pretty darn good from what I've tried

I really enjoyed the service here the beer is cold and the meals are great. If you get the grande burrito this thing is huge.

Food is ok, but restaurant overall is very disorganized! Lots of people waiting for carryout, waiting for checks, waiting to pay with nobody at the register...I could go on and on but I'll spare you the rest. Best Mexican restaurant in Knox! Oh yeah, it's also the only Mexican restaurant in knox! :-((

Very good. Nice atmosphere nice staff. I had steak fajitas, not a lot of food but great for a quick lunch. Just don't go there if your really hungry, or don't order that I should say.

Was really surprised with how good the authentic Mexican food was. I drove down from Chicago and was ready to make fun of the food.... Shame on me it was excellent. They have a beautiful brunette waitress to boot. I will definitely be coming back.

I would give this 5 stars if my waitress hadnt been the worst server I've ever had. Blonde lady. Didnt even bother to wear her name tag or tell us her name. She took out order then proceeded to ignore us the rest of the time. It was SO obvious we werent being taken care of that the hostess refilled our drinks and brought us our food. The hostess was courteous and responsive. She brought us the few things we asked for and everything we needed to have our meal, while our waitress was just wandering around. She didnt have too many tables, she just doesnt do a good job. Awful. But the food was terrific.

Food was ok, service was good, the bad thing was the drink my lady friend had , had some black things in it and the glass was cracked, the plate they served her food on was all chipped up and the knife was dirty with dry food on it by the handle, everything served to me was good,, i just wonder if all her stuff was messed up because she is a women of color,

First off I got over charged for my meal and small cup of cheese, 15.50 which by my calculations it should have been 13.38 I even asked why so much, then I get home and the meat inside the enchiladas was burnt, I have a big family and a big mouth so EVERYONE will know about this poor excuse for service...

Food was great service was a little slow but not to bad or gonna really go off of the service because we were a dinner party of 13 and she did very good with what she had to deal with! Other then that it was very uncomfortable only due to it being very hot inside it was cooler outside but there wasnt enough space or tables for us so we were inside the heat other them that food was great for all of us I ordered 4 of the cheese steak tacos and they were amazing so kudos to MEXICO LINDO!! JUST TRY TO GET IT COOLED OFF IN THERE FOR WHEN WE VISIT AGAIN BECAUSE WE WILL RETURN FOR THE AMAZING FOOD!!

Always great, authentic Mexican food that is delicious! I love the tamales, rice, and refried bean meal. They also have homemade chips & salsa! Yummy!! There is outdoor seating, along with indoor family seating and a separate bar area seating. Great place for a great meal! The menu is HUGE!

The food was good. The service was less than stellar. Our server was to busy being social behind the partition next to the bar talking to other staff and on her phone. I had to go to the cashier stand for a refill on my drink and to ask for a side item I wanted to add. Disappointed at best.

Start off by saying most of the food I have had from here has pretty good. No where the best Mexican I have had but not terrible. On 2 occasions I have had burnt refried beans. They smelled like an ash tray. Once I was there and they made me some new ones. Last time I had ordered it to go and had to just throw them away. The service is always horrible. The people are very nice but they hardly ever come to see if you need refills or anything at all. Last time I was there I asked for more chips. She said sure, took the basket and never came back the rest of our visit. Did not bring chips, refills, and did not bring our check, nothing. I would have no issue if they were busy but when we walked in they were all sitting at the table up front. The people across from us were there before we got there and not one time did anyone go to there table the whole time we were there. I recommend the food but I suggest ordering it to go.

I like to eat in a CLEAN place. Call me crazy. Sat in a booth blinds beside us and behind us filthy ugh. Looked up air vents covered in black then looked at ceiling fans all thru the place thickly coated black dust clods of it gross. Salsa is very watery like you need drink it or use a soup spoon worst salsa ever. They have remodeled inside and out. Looks nice. Which is why we went a second time and disregarded the uncleanliness. Food was decent. Most meals on an average of say $10 bucks. Maybe they'll see this review and clean the place? I won't be back if they don't. Free dust balls in my food, I'll pass.

I was amazed and extremely pleased with my experience here. They had a bounty of great food at a great cost. I have not yet met one person from the staff that was not nice and cared about what you want. Everyone was super sweet, the food was delicious, and at very reasonable costs. I definitely recommend you stop by if you are ever passing through.

The food was good as far as authentic Mexican food goes. I have eaten here a few times and had similar experiences every time. I like that they have a bar and the location is good as well. They recently did some updates, which create a better atmosphere for the restaurant. I have been here while it was busy and pretty slow and it seems the pace of service is always the same. Now, I usually call ahead and eat it at home if I'm in the mood for tacos or a good burrito and don't want to go too far.

When did the food change? Was not good. Honestly we took about 3 bites. Tasted precooked, reheated, old and greasy. Same friendly staff. The salsas were good. But even the chips had changed. Disappointed. We spoke with the manager who was accommodating. We paid for our drinks and ended up at Hacienda's in Plymouth, which is far from authentic Mexican food but at least it was fit to eat.

Ate here for the first time and it was interesting, when you first enter you seat yourself even though there's a hostess. Somebody will come by and get your drinks and chips with salsa that is spicy tomato juice. Service was friendly and fast food came out very fast and was delicious. We had queso appetizer fajitas and a burrito. They take your bill to the front desk and you randomly pay without seeing the the receipt or what they charge you for the amount seems right though. We did not have napkins on our table and they did not ask if we wanted to have any dessert. The music was terrible and way too loud but that could have just been our seat. We will definitely go back because of delicious food!

Delicious food for a great price.m

We just left the restaurant in Knox, food was served in a timely manner but all downhill from there! Salsa was as thin as tomato juice with no chunks at all, food was oily and very bland. Guacamole was way over powered with lime juice, Burrito was so moist it soaked the tortilla shell making it soggy and the chicken tasted like it was canned. We also ordered a Tilapia Mexico Lindo $12.85 for one small tilapia fillet and 5 medium shrimp all bland! we mentioned the food was not very good to the server and she replied "oh okay". Two of us cost over $26 and I never saw a bill they just rang it up. I always try a place out twice but this one I will not be back to, Taco Bell is better!!

The food was pretty decent. It seemed authentic. The staff was kind of rude however. I went on a night that wasn't busy at all and still had to wait to be seated, to have my order taken, etc. I will probably return and see if the service is the same or better.

I was ripped off I pay for 1 taco dinner 7.95 1 taco chorizo 1.85 1 pepper stuffed taco 1.85 and 2 strawberry daquory our bill was 31.00 got home no alcohol in the daquory. Just a slush.

Think twice when ordering from here. Food isn't that good and carry out order are not right. We won't be ordering from here any more!

I live about 50 miles away. In the area working. This has to be, hands down, the most authentic! Excellent food. Priced correctly! Best in a 50 mile radius!
